Policies: In order to promote our

Full size banners (max area 468x60) are always clearly visible at
the top or the bottom of each page.
Button banners (max area 185x80) are prominently displayed within
the "Explorer" table inside the navigation column.
Animated banners are welcome for both the full size and the button
banners.
